Here at Tiny Tails Puppies, we do our best to ensure you the healthy & happy puppies your looking for, backed up with our health guarantee. Our contract contains the follow:
PUPPY PURCHASE CONTRACT
Please take your time and make sure the dog you intend to take home is the dog that you want!
Please remember that these dogs are very special to us and are a lifelong commitment.
This dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of the seller’s knowledge, it is the buyer’s responsibility to take the dog to the veterinarian to have a full exam within 72 hours of purchasing the dog. Without this examination the attached health guarantee will be considered NULL AND VOID. This should be done and will be done at the buyer’s expense.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
We guarantee the health of our puppies for the first 12 months from the date of purchase, this health guarantee includes anything hereditary or genetically defective with the puppy.
There will be NO CASH REFUND! This dog is sold “AS IS”. If the dog dies from any HEREDITARY OR GENETIC DEFECTS OR DISORDERS during the first 12 months from the date of purchase, then buyer must also provide proof of the cause of death from TWO CERTIFIED VETERNARIAN’S at buyer’s cost. Seller agrees to provide buyer with another puppy equal in value if our health guarantee does not meet the expectation stated above.
It is also to be understood that any and all vet bills will be the buyer’s responsibility from the time of purchase and pickup, forward. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the dog has any, and all vaccines & deworming treatments in the future.
Seller will not assume any responsibility for any vet bills or other expenses after the dog leaves the sellers hands. The buyer also releases the seller from any and all liabilities and damages after the dog has left the sellers hands.
This contract will be NULL AND VOID if the dog is not checked by the veterinarian within the given 72 hours, unless stated otherwise in this contract.
If the buyer request to return the puppy, a $200.00-$300.00 readvertising fee will be charged.

We are currently starting to take payments for those on lower incomes, this means you will need to have the puppy paid in full before taking him/her home with you! We will hold an puppy with $0.00-$100.00 down!
We will either accept the remainder at pick-up, or we will accept payment towards your chosen puppy, until he/she is 8 weeks old!
Starting in 2022 we will begin breeding AKC Boxers as a addition to our family business!
Any person(s) who wish for their Boxers tails to be left long or dewclaws to be left intact must provide full payment within 72 hours of birth!
